We are trying to keep the conference registration fee as low as possible and we will provide a sliding-scale registration fee table that will have several levels based on conference participants’ income.
We are waiting to hear about some grants that might help to reduce the fees we charge. Consequently, it may be sometime in January 2025 when we have these fees finalized.
Rest assured, we are not trying to make a profit; the fees we will receive will only be to cover conference and IASC-related costs. While our costs will differ, people wondering generally what the costs will be like are encouraged to look at the fee schedule that was in place for IASC 2023 in Nairobi for an example of a graduated registration fee schedule.
