- IASC membership is a prerequisite to registering for the conference and will also allow you to participate in upcoming “pre-conference” online activities we are planning. It will also mean you will receive biweekly IASC newsletters with conference updates as well as information on other IASC activities.
- If you are not an IASC member, please follow this link and join IASC!
- Consider purchasing a 2-year membership so you can participate in IASC activities during the “conference off-year” 2025-26).
- Conference Registration
- Early Bird Registration will run from February 1, 2025 – April 15, 2025.
- Full registration fees will be charged beginning April 16, 2025.
- The conference registration fees are wage-dependent to make the conference as accessible as possible for all income categories.
- We also recognize that some people will be unable to attend the in-person conference but still hope to participate online. Consequently we provide two different options: (1) a registration fee to attend the in-person conference AND our online activities or (2) a fee just to participate in the online activities.
- Related to online, we are actively planning a first pre-conference online session scheduled for March 2025. For more information, see our Pre-conference activities page. We will also be streaming some of the in-person conference plenary sessions as well as a subset of panel sessions.

- If you are financially able, please consider adding an additional donation to support for our colleagues who need financial assistance to attend IASC 2025:
We’ve been actively going for grant support for travel fellowships with little success (so far). If you can afford to in addition to the above, please consider adding an additional donation for fellowships to support our IASC colleagues from African or other non-OECD countries. We are getting requests from colleagues who have had abstracts accepted for conference support funding.
